SALON POLICY

Due to a high demand of bookings and limited appointments available we have put a booking policy in place to respect your time and ours and ensure no appointments are blocked unnecessarily.

We require a 70% deposit of the booked service and your card details at time of booking to secure your appointment.  Deposits are held and taken off your final account or refunded if we have been given enough notice. Please be assured your card details are securely stored in an encrypted data base.

We will attempt to contact you if the deposit has not been paid immediately after making the booking and reserve the right to cancel the booking if we cannot get in contact with you.

We send out a booking confirmation message 48hours prior to your booking, simply answer with “Yes” to confirm or ”No” to cancel. Alternatively you can email us at info@ziggies.com.au for any changes. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the booking has not been confirmed 48h prior and we cannot get in contact with you.

RESCHEDULING

In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, Ziggies Hair must be informed 24hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so, will result in a  fee of 50% of the service price and will be charged to the nominated card

CANCELLATIONS

In the event you need to cancel your appointment,  Ziggies Hair must be informed 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price and will be charged to the nominated card

This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for or late arrival to the appointment resulting in not being able to receive the booked service

NO SHOWS

In the event you do not show up with no notice to your appointment at Ziggies Hair,  a no show fee of 100% of the service price will be charged to the nominated card,  as well as paying in full on booking for future appointments

OUR GUARANTEE

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the result of your service we offer a complementary 1 week adjustment period with the same stylist, if you contact the salon within that first week following your appointment. Please note that “change of mind” is not included and will incur a full charge.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are a Sustainable Salon and have a small Green Fee of $3 which will be added to your total bill at time of check out.

Due to current restrictions and limited space we kindly ask that no extra person accompany you to your appointment.

Please arrive 5min prior to your booking time.
